Attending to admission enquiries

How is the atmosphere for any first time visitor?
Is everything looks fine, neat, hygienic and safe? Are the reception, dining area and toilets look presentable and hygienic? Are the children happily laughing and playing around? Are there enough activities seen around for any visitor? Are issues like accreditation, security, and health and safety are taken care properly?

Communication channels
Are the communication channels and systems with parents working well? Is regular feedback receive from parents and are they updated about the children’s progress in a timely fashion?
